Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent practical experience
• Preferred certifications: RHCSA/RHCE, VCP-DCV, Microsoft (MCSA or newer)
• Strong knowledge of Linux system administration (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu)
• Deep understanding of Windows Server administration, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and system-level troubleshooting
• Solid understanding of enterprise server hardware (HPE, Dell, IBM) — hardware architecture, firmware, RAID configuration, hardware-level troubleshooting
• Understanding of virtualization technologies (VMware, KVM, OpenStack)
• Basic programming/scripting (Python, Bash)
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, firewall)
• Understanding of storage systems (SAN, NAS, Ceph)
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes / OpenShift
• Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform) is a plus

2. Kiến thức cần chuẩn bị

Ôn theo từng mảng dưới đây — mỗi mảng kèm vài từ/cụm tiếng Anh hay dùng khi nói về nó trong phỏng vấn (khác với đọc hiểu tài liệu, khi nói cần phản xạ nhanh hơn).

Linux system administration

• Cần ôn: quản lý user/permission, systemd service, đọc log (journalctl, dmesg), quản lý gói, phân vùng đĩa, performance tuning khi hệ thống chịu tải cao.

• Từ vựng: root cause, log correlation, service degradation, kernel panic, resource contention, under load.

Windows Server & Active Directory

• Cần ôn: cấu trúc AD, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP tích hợp AD, troubleshooting ở mức hệ thống.
• Từ vựng: domain controller, group policy object (GPO), replication, trust relationship.

Ảo hóa (VMware / KVM / OpenStack)

• Cần ôn: khác biệt hypervisor loại 1 (bare-metal) vs loại 2, các module OpenStack (Nova = compute, Cinder = block storage, Neutron = networking), vận hành/troubleshoot VM.

Mẹo luyện tập

1. Luyện phần mở đầu (3.1) đến khi trôi chảy, không cần nhìn chữ — đây là câu gần như chắc chắn sẽ gặp ở mọi buổi phỏng vấn, nên phải nói được tự nhiên nhất.

2. Thay câu trả lời mẫu bằng ví dụ thật của bạn — nhất là câu 3.3/3.4, phỏng vấn viên luôn thích ví dụ cụ thể (số liệu, tên công cụ, kết quả) hơn câu trả lời chung chung.

3. Shadowing từng câu trả lời mẫu (bấm 🔊, nói đè theo) để quen ngữ điệu và tốc độ nói tự nhiên khi trình bày kỹ thuật bằng tiếng Anh — khác hẳn tốc độ khi đọc tài liệu.

4. Ôn từ vựng ở mục 2 trước, rồi mới luyện hội thoại — có sẵn từ vựng trong đầu thì trả lời câu hỏi kỹ thuật sẽ phản xạ nhanh hơn nhiều, đỡ phải dừng lại nghĩ từ giữa câu.

5. Tự đặt thêm câu hỏi phụ cho từng mảng ở mục 2 mà bài chưa có (ví dụ networking, Windows/AD) rồi tự soạn câu trả lời — JD có bao nhiêu mảng thì phỏng vấn viên có thể hỏi bấy nhiêu mảng.
